East Lake Apartments
The development will be a 71-unit rental new construction project. Bounded by Yuba and Ramirez Streets, and E. 13th and 14th Street. It will be a mix of 24 one-bedroom units, 24 two-bedroom units, and 23 three-bedroom units. East Lake Apartments will provide affordable housing for families earning up to 60% of the area median income for Yuba County.
