SACOG is partnering with the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the Blue Zones to bring out a set of national experts in the fields of infill development, infrastructure, finance, and real estate. The panel will conduct a workshop on November 4, 2022, to provide technical assistance to two corridor/project areas within the SACOG region (Marysville and Yuba City). The City’s Washington Park will be examined in the study. Results that come out of the workshop may help inform the General Plan update and Specific Plan that are currently being prepared. The service is at no cost to the participating local agencies, as SACOG and ULI are covering all the costs of the technical assistance panel and workshop.
